THE WORKSPACE.

A folder structure your AI can actually read. The system I built to keep up with myself, shaped so Claude can keep up too. Yours to clone.

  • Two repos. Plain folder names or a customized theme. Pick one.
  • The guide. How to point your AI at it.
  • Built for Claude Code and Claude cowork. Works with any LLM that can read files.

Every conversation starts at zero.

You want AI working on your project. Not a quick question, your actual project. But every new chat, you brief it from the top. The brief takes more out of you than the work it was supposed to help with.

Sound familiar?

  • You explain the same project to Claude every time you sit down to use it.
  • Your AI has never seen the work you actually do.
  • Your ideas are all over the place. Notes apps, AI chat logs, text messages, voice notes.
  • You added AI to your workflow. Somehow you have more work.

Not a folder. A system.

BUILT FOR YOU AND YOUR AI.

It's just plain files. The same kind your laptop already opens.

But because they're plain, everything reads them. Your laptop reads them. Your AI reads them. Your apps read them. Your editor opens them. The same folder. Every tool.

Everything you care about lives in one place. Your notes. Your projects. The business. Your network. The ideas you keep losing across seven different apps. One folder. Yours.

TWO THINGS. THAT'S IT.

A starter repo and a guide. The repo comes in two themes. The guide is how to use either one. Both ship to your inbox.

The Repo

Two themes, one structure. Plain hub names or a customized garden. Nine numbered folders, starter README, CLAUDE.md so your AI knows the shape. Pick one, clone it, fill it in.

Markdown

The Guide

A walk-through on how to point Claude Code or Claude cowork at the folder, why the structure is shaped the way it is, and the small set of rules that keep your AI useful instead of confused.

Those of us running more than one thing.

This is for you if...

  • You already use Claude or ChatGPT for real work, not just questions.
  • You run more than one thing. Or you want to.
  • You are tired of explaining yourself to your AI every chat.
  • You want a system you own. Not another subscription.
  • You like plain text. Or you are ready to.

Not for you if...

  • ×You want a beautiful Notion dashboard.
  • ×You do not use AI in your work.
  • ×You want a course on how to think.
  • ×You want someone to fill it in for you.

The system I built to keep up with myself.

And the LLM I keep next to me.

I built this workspace so I could keep up with myself. One folder. One shape. Every project, every person, every piece of writing, in a place I can find and an AI can read.

This is that file system. Yours now.

What you're wondering.

Do I need to know markdown?

No. If you can type in a text file, you are set. The guide walks through what little there is to know.

Does this work with ChatGPT or just Claude?

Both. It is plain files. Any LLM that can read your file system can read this. The guide is written around Claude Code and Claude cowork because that is what I use, but the shape is portable.

Is this Obsidian? Roam? Notion?

None of those. Those are apps. This is a folder structure. Bring your own editor. I happen to use Obsidian over the same folder, but you do not have to.

What if I switch tools later?

You own the files. They are markdown in folders on your machine. Move them anywhere.

Is there a paid version?

Coming. This one stays free. The paid version will have more skills, more templates, and the workflows I have not productized yet. The free version is enough to get going.

One more decision and you're done.

Your AI is ready to know you.

Drop your email. The repo link and the guide land in your inbox. Then point your AI at the folder and watch it stop asking who you are.
